Steel thatholds theground.
Let our helical pile experts be the first step in bringing your vision to life. From strength below the surface to success above it, we've got your foundation covered — with the best long-lasting, stable foundation technology available today.
The foundation crew that gets in and gets out — so the rest of the build can start.
Hudson Valley Helical Piles installs engineered steel foundations for new construction, additions, commercial buildings, decks, solar arrays, and waterfront structures across the Hudson Valley and the surrounding tri-state area. Every pile we drive is torque-monitored in real time and recorded against the engineered load spec on the spot — hundreds of piles in the ground and counting.
Most customers come to us with the same problem: poor soil and a foundation that is moving. Helical piles bypass the bad ground entirely. On commercial work we run in conjunction with your concrete contractor — they pour footers straight onto our piles. On smaller jobs like decks and porches there is no concrete at all, and you can build the same day.
Need the site opened up first? We handle excavation ourselves as a separate line item — one crew, one schedule, no waiting on a second contractor to clear the way.

Recorded Torque, Not Guesswork
Our drive head carries a torque hub that transmits a live reading to a recording device on every pile. Installation torque correlates directly to load capacity — so each pile is confirmed against the engineered spec before we move to the next one.
Engineered Before We Drive
We work from your plans, a soil boring, and a site inspection. Pile spec, helix configuration, and layout come back as an engineered drawing — nothing gets installed off a guess about what is under the site.
Built for Bad Ground
Poor soil and settling foundations are the reason most people call us. Piles are advanced past the weak material until torque confirms capacity in competent soil — the problem layer stops being the thing holding your structure up.
Ready for the Next Trade
A pile carries load the moment it hits spec. On commercial work we run in conjunction with your concrete contractor, who pours footers straight onto our piles. On decks, porches, and light structures there is no concrete at all and framing can start the same day.

Plans & Site Details
We start with your plans, the site address, the project type, and anything you already know about the soil. The more you have, the tighter the number.
Day 0Soil Boring & Inspection
A soil boring and a site inspection tell us what is actually under the project — depth to competent soil, obstructions, and access.
Week 1Engineered Drawing & Spec
Pile spec, helix configuration, and layout are engineered to your structure's loads. Once the drawing is approved, we order material.
Week 1–2Torque-Verified Install
Every pile is driven until recorded torque confirms capacity, and the reading is logged against the spec. Small jobs are ready to build on the same day; on commercial work we hand off to the concrete contractor for footers.
